Materials vary from product to product — for example ceramic, aluminium and glass. The exact materials and dimensions are listed under ‘Product details’ on each product page. Slight differences in colour or texture can occur because of photography and screen settings.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking information when it is available. Spend €130 or more and standard delivery is free. Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or taxes.
Yes. Under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at Rooyaloshop@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the return.
